Educational Qualification
1. Draftsman (Civil)
- Two years Draftsman Training Course Certificate/Diploma from any Government recognized Institute.
2. Sub-Inspector
- Graduation from any recognized University.
3. Junior Statistical Assistant
- Bachelor’s Degree with Economics / Statistics / Mathematics / Commerce / Computer Applications / Information Technology as one of the elective subjects.
4. Motor Vehicle Traffic Assistant (MVTA)
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
- Two-year ITI Motor Mechanic Vehicle course from a recognized institute.
- Must possess a Driving Licence for Motor Cycle with Gear and Light Motor Vehicles.
5. Junior Librarian
- Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science from a recognized University.
6. Library Assistant
- Graduate Degree from a recognized University with Degree/Diploma in Library Science.
7. Depot Assistant
- Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized University or Board of Examination.

Ex-Servicemen
Every Ex-Serviceman who has served in the Armed Forces shall be allowed to deduct the period of such service from his/her actual age.
