Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily QA/QC operations for RCC and conventional concrete placement
- Monitor complete RCC processes including batching, transport, compaction, and curing
- Classify and manage lift joints (hot, warm, cold) with proper treatment protocols
- Review material approvals, test reports, and inspection records
- Prepare and submit monthly quality and progress reports
- Ensure compliance with technical standards like IS/BIS, ACI, ASTM, and ICOLD guidelines
- Coordinate with international design consultants and RCC experts
- Supervise and guide QC engineers on-site
- Identify non-conformance issues and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure equipment and plant readiness for RCC operations
